Going live in a week: what a 30-day voice AI pilot looks like

Enterprise software has trained hospitals to expect quarter-long rollouts. A voice receptionist doesn't need one. With no new hardware and no PMS integration, the first pilot branch can be live within seven working days — and you get a data-backed verdict on day 31.

Three steps, zero disruption

  • Connect: a dedicated number per branch. Forward your existing line to it — no hardware, no PMS integration, no IT project. Patients dial the same number as always.
  • Go live: Aarvox answers in under a second, books OPD appointments, handles FAQs, routes urgent cases, speaks the patient's language.
  • Measure: real-time dashboards show missed-call rates falling and bookings rising — per branch, per shift, per language.

Pilot terms

Start at 5,000 minutes/month across 2–3 branches at the launch rate of ₹5.5/min — roughly ₹27,500/month, all in. Setup, onboarding and training are waived. No platform fee, no subscription, cancel anytime.

Setup begins the Monday after SOW signature. The first pilot branch is live within seven working days. The impact report lands on day 31.

Three things to decide before you start

  • Which 2–3 branches start the pilot? Pick where missed calls hurt the P&L most.
  • Who's the single point of contact? Usually the COO's office or a branch operations head.
  • What's the target go-live date? Seven working days from SOW signature is realistic.
